Mentoring programme of the chapter
A pair works for several months: a goal, milestones with dates, regular meetings and an honest look at what actually moved.
Start: October 2026. Applications are open now — pairs are matched before the start.
Who it is for
Participation is free for members of the chapter. Mentors and mentees apply the same way.
For the mentee
You are moving into project management or preparing for certification and want someone who has already walked that path to look at your plan.
For the mentor
You have years of practice and are ready to give a couple of hours a month. In return you get PDU, a look at other people's cases and your own school of explaining.
How it works
Pairing
The coordinator matches a mentor and a mentee by field and goal, and gives each a code. Both enter it in the bot — the pair is created.
Goals and milestones
The mentee sets a goal, and it is broken into milestones with dates. A vague wish like «grow professionally» turns into steps that can be checked.
Meetings and notes
Meetings are scheduled in the bot, it reminds both sides and keeps notes with the tasks each of them took.
Progress
The journal shows what is done and what has stalled. The mentor confirms the result — a milestone is closed by agreement, not by a tick.
Apply
Tell us in the chat who you want to be — a mentor or a mentee — and in which field. The coordinator will come back with a pair and a code before the start.
The pair works in the @pmpmentor_bot: goals, meetings, notes and the progress journal live there. The code is issued by the coordinator after the pair is matched.
