A draw picks you a conversation partner for the day of the forum. No need to walk up to strangers at random.

What it is
Random Coffee is a format of live introductions inside PMI Astana Forum 2026. You fill in a short profile in advance; on the day of the forum the system randomly picks a partner for you and sends each of you a one-time link to the other's profile. You find each other in the hall by face and name.
Why it is worth it
At a big conference it is easy to spend the whole day among people you already know. Random Coffee removes the awkwardness of the first step: the draw makes the choice, and both sides already have a reason to talk. In one day that is several new professional contacts from other companies and industries.
How to take part
Register for the forum
Random Coffee is included in participation and is only available to those who are coming on 6 November.
Fill in the profile
Name, what you do, a couple of words about what you expect from the meeting, a photo if you wish, and an email. It takes two minutes.
Get your partner
On the day of the forum the draw picks a partner and sends you a one-time link to their profile.
Meet during a break
Welcome coffee, two coffee breaks and lunch — enough time for a proper conversation.
What your partner sees
Only the profile: photo, first name without surname, what you do and what you expect from the meeting. It opens by a temporary link that stops working afterwards, and no personal data is transmitted with it.
We do not pass on phone numbers or email addresses, and we do not ask for a phone at all. Contacts are exchanged by people themselves, in person, if they want to.
Worth knowing
- The format works only during the forum and is not held separately.
- Both chapter members and guests take part; there is no extra fee.
- Matching happens once, on the day of the event.
- You can sign up in advance — the profile is kept until the day of the forum.
