One-on-one introductions during the forum on 6 November. You fill in a short profile — a photo, your first name, what you do and what you want from the meeting. We do not ask for a phone number. On the day of the conference the draw matches you with another attendee and sends you a link: behind it are their face, first name and what they are looking for, and nothing else. The page cannot be copied or downloaded and goes dark once closed, so your details never stay with a stranger — you find each other in the hall by face and name.
Sign me upBoth work only for the conference on 6 November 2026 and only for its attendees. Your profile is kept until the day of the event and is not used for mailings. Contacts are never passed on: your match sees a face, a first name and a wish for the meeting, and only while the one-time link is open. There are several draws during the day, so a link that closed too early is no loss — the next match arrives as a new one.
the project community award of Kazakhstan
This year we sum up the project year for the first time and honour those who made it special. The award recognises the people, teams and projects that brought the greatest value to the profession and to the country. The first ceremony sets the starting point for an annual tradition: to mark the best in project management and make strong examples visible to the whole community. The ceremony — 6 November 2026 at PMI Astana Forum.

Road to the Forum
A project manager is on the way to the forum on 6 November, and the working week is in the way. Jump over the stack of reports and over the stakeholder with a two-minute question, run under the change request hanging across the road, and pick up the PDU badges. The road ends at the entrance to the forum.
Take a ticketSpace or the up arrow on a keyboard, a tap on a phone. The game is a joke: at the forum itself nobody stops you with a report.
Project Kombat
A project manager against scope creep. The opponent opens with «one more feature» and lands «Friday deploy» right before the weekend; you answer with a strike and a block. A block placed in time hurts the attacker — a change control put up on time costs less than any sprint.
Space — strike, arrows — step, Shift — block; on a phone tap the arena. Until you touch it the fighters spar on their own, the way arcade machines waited for a player. The game is a joke, but the moves in it are real.
Fares and registration
The forum runs all day on 6 November; the gala dinner with the Project Awards ceremony is optional and takes place the same evening. Choose a fare and the assistant will walk you through payment.
